It's black fly season here on the shores of Forest Lake. For those who are unfamiliar with black flies... count your blessings!
Black flies are tiny little flying bugs that swarm about one's head and body. Each one bites with the vengeance of Attila the Hun. Millions of Attilas all hell bent on sucking one's blood and leaving itchy bite marks! Midget misery!
What a lesson in abundance! Imagine your abundance swarming about you, proliferating like magic. I've never seen, nor do I expect to, black fly eggs. But there must be an unlimited abundance of them. and they emerge like magic. When the conditions are right, they burst forth. One day, they not there; the next they are swarming, flying into your ears, tormenting like terrorists, and biting with ferocious intensity.
When your conditions are right, your abundance will also burst forth. Just as those billions of eggs must burst forth, your abundance must burst forth -- and swarm about you. Those infinitesimally small eggs know just exactly how to emerge. Your abundance, created by you and for you, also knows how to emerge.
Black flies don't make themselves hatch; they allow themselves to hatch. You don't make your abundance hatch either. You allow it to emerge.
I can't imagine that black flies in utero get frustrated and anxious about when they will hatch; they just relax and enjoy the conditions of being black fly larvae. They trust the process and it works perfectly -- for them, if not for those of us who venture outside during black fly season.
You've got much more brain power than our neighborhood black flies; that's both good news and bad news. The bad news is that you can think yourself out of your abundance and create frustration and dys-belief that blocks the flow. The good news is that you can adopt the faith, trust, and abundance demonstrations of the black fly and allow swarms of abundance and prosperity into your life.
And beyond that for good news, who ever would have thought that anyone could EVER have found something positive to say about black flies?
