Money Mini Blog May 4th

If you’ve turned on your television or your computer lately, you’ve been exposed to some VERY negative energy about our favorite topic here at Money Notes and Quotes—MONEY. It seems the whole country (at least all the media) is echoing today’s author (who was probably so embarrased that she/he made the choice to remain anonymous!).

Bob and I, after years of thoughtful study, believe wholeHEARTEDly in the power of the Law of Attraction to create the conditions of our lives.

We know that we are constantly exercising the creative power of our thoughts, feeling, and emotions. Those thoughts, feelings, and emotions bring us conditions we love or the conditions we don’t love so much.

We know that all the media hype, focus, and attention about “the R word,” and how Americans are feeling an intense sense of money shortage is a powerful creative force for having even less money. If we keep focusing on the R word, we’ve got the ability to create the D word! So, let’s not!

Therefore, tomorrow is Money Appreciation Day When we appreciate something, we are loving it. Tomorrow is the day to APPRECIATE and celebrate your money. Appreciate it in any way possible. You might want to place a dollar bill in your pocket and touch it at least every hour and think about how glad you are that you have that dollar.

If you find yourself thinking, “But, I need twenty dollars,” recognize that you are out of bounds—energetically taking yourself right off the abundance playing field—in terms of allowing more money into your life or your pocket. Use that recognition to get back into play and realign yourself into appreciation. Celebrate Money Appreciation from a sense of play; play with this as a three year-old plays, with joy and enthusiasm.

When you get any change back tomorrow, appreciate the fact that you’ve been able to make a purchase and gotten change back. If you buy gas, appreciate the fact that you are able to do so—and that you had money enough to buy a car into which you are putting gas.

Tomorrow would be a great day to appreciate your job, no matter how bored you might be, no matter how underutilized you feel,no matter how you feel about your co-workers. Your focus today is to appreciate your ability to have a cash flow.

If you get a bill tomorrow or you get a lot of them, appreciate the money that went into providing you with the service or goods that you’ve received. Appreciate the fact that you have some money to use to pay the bill. If you have zero cash to pay the bill, appreciate the fact that you are not bankrupt. If you are bankrupt, appreciate the fact that bills have been forgiven and appreciate the fact that you can and will create more money.

No matter how negative your money situation, or how dismal you feel your money prospects are, don’t fall into the trap of focusing on what you don’t have enough of. That will only create more money lack.

See if you can go for the entire day, all your waking hours feeling only celebration and appreciation for your money.
